New MacroCal customers are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of their initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days.

How to Request a Refund

• Include the email address used at purchase and the purchase date.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

Exclusions

Refunds beyond the 7-day window are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
